Restore Lab
Prospectus
Restore Lab is a cozy idle repair tycoon. Start with one workbench and a pair of dirty sneakers, then grow a whole restoration business! Tap items to repair them faster, upgrade your benches and hire helpers who keep the shop running even while you are away. Unlock eight kinds of treasures: sneakers, mugs, teddy bears, pocket watches, vintage cameras, toy trains, music boxes and lanterns. Reach level milestones to double a bench's speed, buy one-time tools for big income boosts, complete goals for bonus coins and fill the rush meter for double income. When business is booming, open a branch in a new district: Market Square, Old Town, the Harbor and the Antique Quarter. Each one multiplies your income for good and adds a permanent perk. Visiting collectors bring special orders you can repair by hand, washing, scraping, gluing and polishing for a big reward. Offline earnings, a daily gift and a calm music-box soundtrack. Plays on phone and desktop in English and Russian.
How it plays
1. Tap an item on a workbench to repair it and earn coins. Tap quickly to fill the rush meter for double income. 2. Press Upgrade to raise a bench's level and earnings. At levels 25, 50, 100, 200 and beyond the bench works twice as fast. 3. Hire a helper so the bench works on its own, including while you are offline. 4. Open new benches for more valuable items, and buy Tools for permanent multipliers. 5. Complete Goals for bonus coins. Use Buy x1 / x10 / MAX to upgrade in bulk. 6. Open the Map to move to a new district when you have earned enough: income is multiplied and you keep a permanent perk. 7. When a collector arrives, repair the item by hand: pick a tool and drag over the object to wash, scrape, glue and polish. Controls: mouse or touch. Progress saves automatically. Language: English or Russian in Settings.
Opening an account with this game takes one press: Open the holding, above, and it loads on this page itself — nothing downloads and no form stands between you and the first decision. It is drawn for a portrait (upright) screen and takes its instructions from mouse, keyboard or touch, as the game prefers. The file is drawn tall, for an upright screen — a phone held the usual way frames it best, though it will run in any window you give it. If a fullscreen control is offered, take it — a growing enterprise deserves the whole desk.
Analyst's notes for clicker holdings
- Buy in bulk when the game lets you. Clicker economies are staircases, and the x10 and x100 buttons exist because single steps stop being the game quite early on.
- Milestones beat momentum. An upgrade that doubles everything is worth three that add a trickle — scan for multipliers before topping up the familiar producers.
- Let the idle income work overnight. Most clickers pay their best rates while you are doing something else; open the game to set the direction, then close it and let arithmetic drive.
Restore Lab — questions from the readership
What does it cost to open Restore Lab?
Nothing, at any point. The holding is free from the first click to the last upgrade — no account to open, no download to wait for, no paywall filed anywhere in its pages. The advertising around this page is what pays the bookkeeping.
What kind of game is Restore Lab, exactly?
We file it on the Clicker shelf of the ledger. It is a browser game through and through — the prospectus above is the publisher's own summary of what the game asks of you and what it gives back.
Can I play Restore Lab on a phone or tablet?
Yes — it runs in the browser on phones and tablets just as it does on a computer. The file is drawn tall, for an upright screen — a phone held the usual way frames it best, though it will run in any window you give it.
Is there anything to download or install first?
Nothing at all. Restore Lab is an HTML5 game: press the open button and it loads on this very page, and closing the tab leaves nothing behind on your device.
