The Lootvyn Ledger — audited daily512 holdings on file · every one free · every one in-browser

Contact the Lootvyn Bookkeepers

Every kind of letter this site produces is opened at the same desk: a game misbehaving, a developer with business to discuss, a rights holder pressing a claim, an advertiser holding a budget. The readers are the small team who keep this ledger, and whoever opens your letter is the one who writes back. There is no switchboard, no ticket queue, and no web form quietly swallowing what you send.

Most letters draw an answer within two working days. English clears the desk quickest; Indonesian is just as welcome and handled just as carefully, on a marginally slower clock.

Where the books are kept

The Lootvyn ledger is kept under a virtual-office arrangement at Graha Pacific: a postal address and a staffed phone line for formal papers, not a counter where holdings can be inspected over the glass. Electronic mail still closes the circuit quickest — but when a letter or a call is the right instrument, enter the address of record exactly as filed here:

Messages that get settled in one exchange

A game will not open, or stalls mid-season

A repair moves at the speed of its paperwork, so file four entries with your first letter: which game it is, the web address of its page on this site, the device and browser you were using, and what actually went wrong — a screen that stays black, a loading wheel that turns forever, an error notice (paste its exact words, if it shows any). When those arrive together, the fault is usually settled without a second round.

The game is yours

Every title on these shelves reached us through the Playgama partner programme, so a claim starts by showing the connection: tell us the game's name and point us to your own listing for it over on Playgama. Once that entry checks out, we will amend the filing, correct a credit, or strike the title from the book entirely — your call. The same desk also hears pitches from developers hoping to see a game weighed for one of our portfolios: send the case, and we will sit down and play the thing.

Copyright removals

Removal requests come to this inbox as well, but a notice only becomes actionable once it is complete: our DMCA page itemises the five particulars a claim must carry before we can pull a title, so check your letter against that list before you send it.

Privacy questions

There are no member accounts anywhere in this book, so no dossier under your name exists here for us to hand over or delete. Questions still earn answers: if part of the privacy policy reads unclearly, or a cookie practice wants explaining, write in and the explanation will come back in writing.

Advertising and partnerships

Put the word "Advertising" at the front of your subject line and the letter routes straight to the desk that handles placements and partnerships — no forwarding chain in between.

One boundary is worth stating before you write. Anything stored inside a game itself — your saved progress, an account you opened with its maker, purchases made in play — sits in that developer's hands rather than ours, and no letter to this office can transfer it. If you cannot tell which studio stands behind a title, say so in your message; tracking down the right one is an errand we gladly run.
