The Lootvyn Ledger — audited daily512 holdings on file · every one free · every one in-browser

DMCA / Copyright

One fact about this site decides how every copyright question gets handled: Lootvyn stores no game files of its own. Titles are streamed into the page from Playgama, the partner programme whose catalogue this ledger is built from. That arrangement gives a rights holder two removals for the price of one letter — the entry vanishes from this book, and the claim is forwarded to the programme, the only desk that can strike the title from every site carrying it at once.

Composing a notice we can act on

Address it to hello@lootvyn.click and put "Copyright removal request" in the subject line. A complete notice answers five questions; an incomplete one earns a reply naming the gaps, and the handling clock runs only from the day the file is whole.

1 — The claimant. Your full name, the studio or company behind the claim where there is one, and the email address our response should reach.
2 — The property. The title of the game or material you own, with its developer or publisher named wherever you know them.
3 — The location. The complete URL of the page on Lootvyn where the material appears — the exact address, never a search phrase.
4 — The belief. A statement that you hold an honest belief the use complained of is authorised by nobody entitled to authorise it: not the owner, not their agent, not the law.
5 — The standing. A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorised in writing to act on the owner's behalf.

The timetable on our side

A person reads every notice; no script triages this inbox. Receipt is normally confirmed within two business days. Where the notice holds up, the page here is removed or disabled and a parallel removal is lodged with Playgama inside the same week. Because this ledger is regenerated from the partner catalogue, a title the programme withdraws has no route back onto these shelves — the next rebuild simply closes over the space it occupied.

When a listing comes down by mistake

It happens most often in a mundane way: a title properly enrolled in the partner programme is reported by someone who never checked the enrolment. If that is the story behind a removed game of yours, write to hello@lootvyn.click identifying yourself, link the page that disappeared, and set out why the material is yours to distribute. Proper counter-notices are passed along to the original claimant, and the listing returns once the claim is withdrawn or lapses unanswered.

Repeat business

Each upheld complaint is minuted against the title concerned. A supply source that keeps delivering contested material will find this ledger steadily less willing to shelve it, up to removal of the source itself.

Two requests that belong at other desks

Outdated builds and misspelled credits live in the partner programme's master file, so corrections to them belong there — one fix there repairs every site at once. Errors in how Lootvyn itself presents a title, such as a prospectus attached to the wrong game, are fixed here: write to hello@lootvyn.click and the correction is ours to make.
