The Lootvyn Ledger — audited daily512 holdings on file · every one free · every one in-browser

Terms of Use

Using Lootvyn means accepting the terms on this page. The service they describe is simple: a free catalogue of browser games, offered "as is", for your own personal play and for nothing more commercial than that.

Ownership stays where it started

Nothing changes hands when a game is shelved here. The code, the artwork, the characters and the trademarks all stay the property of whoever made or publishes the title. Our right to show it comes from the Playgama partner programme, and that right runs to presentation only — copying a game off these pages, hosting it somewhere else, or putting a price on access to it falls outside both the programme's licence and these terms.

Conduct we expect

Browsing and playing are unlimited; interference is not on the menu at all. Flooding the site with automated requests far past ordinary reading, trying to break or disrupt the service, passing our editorial writing off as your own work, or using the site for anything unlawful — each of these breaks these terms, and a breach can end with the material pulled and the connection behind it cut off.

A book that gets rebalanced

Publishers keep control of their own titles, so a holding on these shelves may be altered by the studio behind it, or pulled from circulation entirely, at any time and without notice — sometimes mid-way through being somebody's favourite. We maintain the ledger as carefully as we reasonably can; as far as the law allows, we take no responsibility for losses arising from using this site or a game listed on it, nor for either being unreachable at the moment you came looking.
