Mine Tycoon
Prospectus
A blocky world, a pickaxe in your hand and a mine that grows with you! Dig dirt, stone and ore — every block really breaks, and the right tool digs faster. Sell your loot to villagers at the market, complete their orders and buy new pickaxes, shovels and axes at the forge. Expand your mine from a small pit to a huge quarry 96 blocks deep: iron, gold, diamonds, emeralds, geodes and hidden stashes wait below. Open lucky blocks, blow up TNT, build combos and hire iron golems — they keep digging even while you are away. Rebirth for stars and permanent bonuses, and descend into new fiery and dark worlds. • three worlds with their own mines and blocks • pickaxes, shovels, axes, shears and enchantments • lucky blocks, TNT, boosts and combos • daily quests, login rewards and playtime gifts • block book, leaderboards and tool skins • offline income: golems work while you rest • play on PC and mobile, your progress is saved
How it plays
Your goal is to dig the mine, sell the loot and get richer. PC controls: • WASD — move, Space — jump, mouse — look around • hold the left mouse button on a block — dig • E — inventory, T — blow up TNT, H — climb out of the mine • Ctrl — free the cursor to press buttons Mobile controls: • left stick — move, arrow button — jump • swipe the screen — look around, hold your finger on a block — dig How to progress: 1) Go down into the mine in the middle of the village and dig blocks — they go into your bag. 2) Bring the loot to the market: villagers buy it for emeralds and give profitable orders. 3) Buy better tools at the forge, a new mine and upgrades at the office. 4) Dig out the whole mine to get a reward and a fresh mine with new ores. 5) Hire golems and collect their income when you come back. 6) Rebirth for stars and unlock new worlds. Tip: keep digging without pauses — combos give you more loot!
Opening an account with this game takes one press: Open the holding, above, and it loads on this page itself — nothing downloads and no form stands between you and the first decision. It is drawn for a landscape (wide) screen and takes its instructions from mouse, keyboard or touch, as the game prefers. The file is drawn wide, for a landscape screen — turn a phone sideways, or let a tablet or desktop give it room to breathe. If a fullscreen control is offered, take it — a growing enterprise deserves the whole desk.
Analyst's notes for clicker holdings
- Buy in bulk when the game lets you. Clicker economies are staircases, and the x10 and x100 buttons exist because single steps stop being the game quite early on.
- Milestones beat momentum. An upgrade that doubles everything is worth three that add a trickle — scan for multipliers before topping up the familiar producers.
- Let the idle income work overnight. Most clickers pay their best rates while you are doing something else; open the game to set the direction, then close it and let arithmetic drive.
Mine Tycoon — questions from the readership
What does it cost to open Mine Tycoon?
Nothing, at any point. The holding is free from the first click to the last upgrade — no account to open, no download to wait for, no paywall filed anywhere in its pages. The advertising around this page is what pays the bookkeeping.
What kind of game is Mine Tycoon, exactly?
We file it on the Clicker shelf of the ledger. It is a browser game through and through — the prospectus above is the publisher's own summary of what the game asks of you and what it gives back.
Can I play Mine Tycoon on a phone or tablet?
Yes — it runs in the browser on phones and tablets just as it does on a computer. The file is drawn wide, for a landscape screen — turn a phone sideways, or let a tablet or desktop give it room to breathe.
Is there anything to download or install first?
Nothing at all. Mine Tycoon is an HTML5 game: press the open button and it loads on this very page, and closing the tab leaves nothing behind on your device.
