Deepstone: Idle Miner Clicker
Prospectus
Build your mining empire one block at a time! Mine resources, collect rare ores and unlock four pixel-art biomes, from peaceful forests to mysterious underground caves and otherworldly landscapes. Upgrade your pickaxes, improve your mining skills and hire helpers to automate production. Earn achievements, boost your income and climb the leaderboard as your expedition grows. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can return and continue building your mine.
How it plays
Mine blocks to collect resources, upgrade your pickaxe and unlock new ores and biomes. Hire helpers to automate mining, earn achievements and increase your income. There is no final victory screen—keep improving your mine and aim for a higher score on the leaderboard. Desktop controls: Left mouse button: click the block to mine. Space: mine while the mining area is focused. Shop buttons: buy pickaxes, upgrades and helpers. Biome button: travel between unlocked biomes. Menu: adjust language, sound and hold-to-mine settings. Mobile controls: tap the block to mine and tap buttons to buy upgrades or open menus. Play in landscape orientation.
Opening an account with this game takes one press: Open the holding, above, and it loads on this page itself — nothing downloads and no form stands between you and the first decision. It is drawn for a landscape (wide) screen and takes its instructions from mouse, keyboard or touch, as the game prefers. The file is drawn wide, for a landscape screen — turn a phone sideways, or let a tablet or desktop give it room to breathe. If a fullscreen control is offered, take it — a growing enterprise deserves the whole desk.
Analyst's notes for clicker holdings
- Buy in bulk when the game lets you. Clicker economies are staircases, and the x10 and x100 buttons exist because single steps stop being the game quite early on.
- Milestones beat momentum. An upgrade that doubles everything is worth three that add a trickle — scan for multipliers before topping up the familiar producers.
- Let the idle income work overnight. Most clickers pay their best rates while you are doing something else; open the game to set the direction, then close it and let arithmetic drive.
